Talking today about sick days to a couple different people reminded me of something a wise Librarian told me eons ago, just after I was hired: “Sick days aren’t for you, they’re for everyone around you who will be at less of a health risk because you stayed home”.

Sick days: USE THEM FOR ALL OF US.
