A lot of people ask me this question: "What do you DO at
SUNY Potsdam?" So I figured I'd shed some light on this topic.
My budget title, Lead Programmer/Analyst, is horribly generic and non-descript.
There are some people who have this same title, and can't program a stitch,
nor analyze much of anything- For all intents and purposes, ignore my
title.
This list is rather verbose, but not complete. I write a lot of glue
applications, scripts and web interfaces. I am constantly preventing authentication
chaos by preserving the integrity of the integrated system that ties together
Solaris, Windows NT, Windows 9x, Linux and Macintosh clients WITHOUT a
single packet of NIS or NIS+ services, thank you very much. Below is a
breakdown of most of the "recognized" things I do- Not including
