APACHE WRAPPER -
Trades that nasty console window for a feather in the system tray

This program is designed for use only with Apache for Win32, and only on the
Windows95/98 platform. Although it will work in Windows NT, I strongly advise against
using it. Run Apache as a service instead.

-- Notes for all versions --

Syntax: apachewrapper.exe pathtoapache
default: apachewrapper.exe c:\apache\apache.exe

If you do not supply a file, it tries to run c:\apache\apache.exe

You must run the Apache Wrapper to start Apache if you want to use its features. You
cannont run Apache Wrapper to control pre-existing Apache instances.

PLEASE NOTE: If you improperly exit from the program, you may never see the Apache
console window again (well, until you reboot anyhow). I'm working on a utility to recover
"lost" Apache's.

-- Notes for version 1.3.29

Processor optimizations

Memory optimizations

-- Notes for version 1.3.23

The "Exit" option exits Apache Wrapper without killing Apache (but it makes the
console window visible.

Also, when you "stop apache", it will bring up the console window so that you will see when
Apache finally exits.

-- Notes for version 1.3.22 --

Supports *CLEANLY* killing and restarting the server on the fly.

-- Notes for version 1.2.39 --

Potential Bug Fix: Almost definitely fixes the bug described in 1.2.35. Again. We'll see.

-- Notes for version 1.2.35 --

Potential Bug Fix: A user (yes, only one of over 1500), reported ApacheWrapper "grabbing"
applications other that ApacheWrapper. I can't duplicate it, but I figured out where this
could possibly happen, and have optimized that passage of code. We'll see.

-- Notes for version 1.2.34 --

The "Close Apache Command" Still is not functional. Sending the console the ^C^C it
needs to terminate isn't as easy as I hoped. If anyone knows how to send control codes
to a DOS window PLEASE let me know (email preferably).

When the Exit option is selected and confirmed, the Apache window is made visible again,
so you can manually exit.

Bug Fix: Uninstall routine works
