Request Tracker, aka 'RT', according to the authors: "is an enterprise-grade ticketing system which enables a group of people to intelligently and efficiently manage tasks, issues, and requests submitted by a community of users."

RT is written in Perl using the Mason engine. I've written quite a lot of custom code for RT, and that which is more generally useful will be packaged up and released here under the GPLv2.

This isn't everything I've written. Nor is it, yet, everything I plan on releasing.
