RT-Billing is a modular and extensible billing and quoting system for RT. It is working great in its maiden environment, and is being cleaned up for packaging and release. Don't bug me about it.
- Combine with AssetTracker to simplify inventory control, and keep item costs current
- RT-Fieldpop (included) can populate custom field dropdowns with assets from AT
- Costs and quantities of assets can change, and will be reflected in new quotes/invoices
- Quantities get decremented as they're invoiced (or before, I suppose)
- Generated PDFs are archived in RT tickets as attachments, and sent to the customer via e-mail
- Quotes and estimates can be regenerated on-demand to reflect quantity and item changes, price fluctuations, etc.
- Invoice generation can move the workflow of a ticket along, from the people who do the work, to the people who collect the bills
- Configuration is on a queue-by-queue basis.
- Each can have it's own PDF invoice and quote templates
- Each can use different asset classes
